Our Background -

Blue Fox Solutions, Inc. was founded as a consulting firm in
2000 by Ann and Paul Smith to work with the leaders of educational institutions and non-profit
organizations to help their people achieve new levels of personal and professional performance.
Lin Smith joined the firm in 2006, and we expanded our market to include
partnering with small to medium sized businesses and individuals to help
them to achieve the improved results they desire.

With educational institutions: our focus
has been on the
following areas: website development; internet marketing; student and faculty recruiting;
goal setting and goal achievement; training and development for faculty,
executive level staff, and employees; organizational learning; strategic
planning and budgeting; curriculum development; fund raising; and compliance with regional
accreditation requirements.

With non-profit organizations: we have
worked on training
and leadership development for board members, fundraising, grant writing, and developing strategic
partnerships.
